Easy 4 -Stage Process

We design and build all our garden studios and each enquiry includes a free design meeting at your house, which will leave you with 3D impressions, scaled plan and comprehensive quotation. Tweaks and adjustments to designs and quotation are all included within our service.

We will carry out a handover meeting from sales to project management at your property which will include you confirming every aspect of the job before hand, meaning that once we have started, you can leave us to completely manage the project from start to finish, knowing that every decision has been made and finalised.

Direct access to the management team throughout your project, ensuring clear, convenient, and ongoing communication at every stage. Stay updated, ask questions in real time, and receive prompt support whenever needed, helping your project run smoothly from start to finish.

Our project management team will monitor progress on site from the office and make regular site visit to speak to the clients and team leaders, ensuring quality is maintained to the highest standard. Once your garden studio is completed and signed off by us, all our studios built by us will come with a 10 year warranty with our after sales team, which includes everything apart from wear or tear.

About Cambridge Garden Studios
We are one of East Anglia’s longest established bespoke garden room companies with combined management experience in the building industry of over 30 years. Back in 2013, we evolved from a successful building company into what we are today, taking our knowledge of the construction industry and skills into the garden room industry, designing and building fully bespoke luxury rooms across eastern England.
Unlike many other competitors who build using pre made panels, we design in house and build our garden rooms directly on site from scratch, using techniques and materials used on timber framed houses and extensions.
All projects have their own program and payment plan, ensuring time scales are met and our project management team will take care of the process from start to finish. We believe in always going the extra mile and our garden studios do not compromise either durability or quality of finish. Our professional team are directly employed so we can guarantee a high level of service.
