Our annexes can be tailored for each individual need, whether it’s for an elderly family member or those with a specific need or disability. Wet rooms are a popular option, as well as access ramps, mobility thresholds and specialist communication technology to link to the main house. You can ‘spec’ your bespoke annexe to exactly how you would like it. this includes major things like layout and size, right down to minor details such as tile style, internal door handles and floor colour!

Bespoke Garden Studio Pricing Guide

Open plan rooms start at approx £50,000, one bed studios approx £70,000 and two bed studios approx £90,000 (please use only as guides, everything we do is bespoke!)
